Heart made of newspaper

This is my newest recycling project! 
What you need: 
newpaper 
clothes hanger 
cutter knife 
glue stick 
school glue 
pliers 
strong wire 

Dies ist mein neustes Recycling-Projekt! 
Was man braucht: 
Zeitung 
Draht-Kleiderbügel (oder Draht) 
Cuttermesser 
Klebestift 
Bastelkleber 
Zange 
stabiler Draht

Bend a heart of the hanger (with the pliers). 
Ein Herz aus dem Kleiderbügel formen (mit der Zange).

Cut the newspaper in stripes. 
Roll the stripes with the help of the strong wire. 
If you make sure that the top edge of the paper stripe is not printed, you get a white paper roll. 
Die Zeitung in Streifen schneiden. 
Die Streifen mit Hilfe des stabilen Drahtes rollen. 
Wenn man darauf achtet, dass der obere Rand der Zeitung unbedruckt ist, hat man nach dem Rollen weiße Papierstäbe.

Glue the end of the paper roll with a glue stick and remove the wire. 
Das Ende des Papierstabs mit Klebestift fixieren und den Draht entfernen.

You need about 25 of this paper rolls. 
Man braucht etwa 25 dieser Papierstäbe.

Fold the thinner end of a paper roll around the wire heart and glue it onto the paper roll. 
Das dünnere Ende eines Papierstabs um das Drahtherz falten und an dem Papierstab kleben.

Fold the rest of the paper roll around the wire heart. 
Glue the thinner end of a new paper roll into the first paper roll. 
Den Rest des Papierstabs um das Drahtherz falten. 
Das dünnere Ende eines neuen Papierstab in den ersten Papierstab kleben.

Repeat this steps with all of the paper rolls. 
Push the end of the last paper roll into the heart and attach it.
Diese Schritte mit allen Papierstäben wiederholen. 
Das Ende des letzten Papierstabs in das Herz stecken und fixieren.

Now it's done and ready for decorating! 
I have chosen just a few ribbons... 
Nun ist es fertig und bereit für die Dekoration!

  18. I love recycle crafts since it is both green and beautiful. Your newspaper heart is gorgeous and very useful. It is a fine gift to someone. If you make a smaller one you can use it in gift wrapping or to decorate a flower/bouquett. Great tutorial!
