Storage Box HOUSE

StorageBoxHouse wesens-art.blogspot.com
Isn't this a cute way to recycle fabric scraps and empty packaging?
And to store things?
This is what you need:
 empty packaging
fabric scraps
double sided adhesive tape
adhesive vinyl (or a pen in a matching color)
scissors
needle & thread
a two hole punch
2 buttons
2 small rubber bands
2 brass fasteners
pen for marking
Was man braucht:
leere Verpackungen
Stoffreste
doppelseitiges Klebeband
Schere
Nadel & Faden
Locher
2 Knöpfe
2 kleine Gummis
2 Briefklammern
Stift zum Markieren

Mark and cut an empty packaging as it's shown in the next pictures:

Cut a matching roof out of a second packaging.

Glue fabric scraps onto the house and the roof.

Punch 2 hole in the middle part of the house.
Cut about 2 cm long over each hole as shown in the next picture.
Make the same cuts at the folding line of the roof.
Cut a handle out of cardboard as shown in the next picture.
Fold the handle and wrap it with the vinyl (or paint it with a pen)
Pull the handle through the cuts in the roof and stuck it into the cuts in the house.
Pull the brass fasteners through the holes to attach the roof and the handle on the house.

Sew the buttons on the house walls and the rubber bands on the lower side of the roofs.
Now glue some fabric scraps to the inner sides of the house.

It's ready now!
Es ist fertig!
