This is a new fabric scraps project:
easy fabric bracelets!
Not only kids love them and it is also a beginner project!
What you need:
fabric scraps
tape measure
kam snaps (plastic press studs)
or velcro
scissors
sewing machine (or needle and thread)
Was man braucht:
Stoffreste
Maßband
Kam Snaps (Kunststoff-Druckköpfe)
oder Klettverschluss
Schere
Nähmaschine (oder Nadel und Faden)
Measure the circumference of the wrist.
Den Umfang des Handgelenks messen.
Cut the fabric about 2,5 cm longer than the wrist circumference.
If you want the bracelet 2 cm wide, cut the fabric about 5 cm wide.
Fold each strap in the half (right side on right side).
Sew along the long side and one small side.
Now turn it inside out.
Jetzt die Innenseite nach außen wenden.
Turn the open end about 0,5 cm inside.
Sew around all 4 edges.
Install the Kam Snaps (plastic press studs) or the velcro to the ends of the strap.
And it's done!
Und es ist fertig!
Some of them I decorated with a special HTV (heat transfer vinyl) called ExtraBling. I love the extremely glittering of the ExtraBling!
