recycling idea: Bracelet

All the plastic packaging of the toys (or something else)... throw them all away? 
No! Let's make beautiful summer bracelets! 
 What you need: 
plastic packaging 
scissors  
embossing folder 
nail polish 
press stud 
Die ganzen Kunststoffverpackungen vom Spielzeug (oder anderen Sachen)... alle wegwerfen? 
Nein! Machen wir schöne Sommer-Armbänder draus! 
Was man braucht: 
Kunststoffverpackung 
Schere 
Embossing Folder 
Nagellack 
Druckknopf 
Bracelet 01 wesens-art.blogspot.com
 Cut off a stripe of the plastic packaging. 
Einen Streifen der Verpackung abschneiden. 
Bracelet 02 wesens-art.blogspot.com
Emboss this stripe. 
Den Streifen prägen.
Bracelet 03 wesens-art.blogspot.com
 Paint the stripe with nail polish and let it dry.
Den Streifen mit Nagellack anmalen und trocknen lassen.
Bracelet 04 wesens-art.blogspot.com
Bracelet 05 wesens-art.blogspot.com
Now round with the scissors the corners of the stripe. 
Nun die Ecken des Streifens mit der Schere abrunden. 
Bracelet 06 wesens-art.blogspot.com
Attach the press stud. 
Den Druckknopf anbringen.
Bracelet 07 wesens-art.blogspot.com
 And it's done! 
Fertig!

  17. Really like the idea of recycling all that plastic toy packaging. My only question is how did you do the embossing? Did you use a special tool to get the impression that deep? My kids have birthdays coming up and I want to give this a try. Very creative

    1. I've done the embossing with an embossing machine.
      If you don't want to emboss, you can also place the clear stripe on a paper with a design and them paint the design with nail polish onto the stripe.
